Other times, many of us have audacious goals, but somewhere along the way we convince ourselves that we don’t deserve them or can’t accomplish them due to funky work dynamics, self-doubt or bad habits. Trust me, I’ve been there, too. Enter coaching! A catalyst for profound, lasting change where you get the confidence and accountability you need to create your most fulfilling existence.
My coaching practice operates at the intersection of career and life, because—let’s call it like it is—one doesn’t exist without the other. Together, we’ll use a variety of tools to connect you with who you are as an individual and leader, as well as what you want for yourself. Throughout our partnership, I’ll help you break down your end goal(s) into manageable pieces, support you in making progress against them, and push you to take intelligent risks beyond your comfort zone. Expect lots of questions designed to tap into your values and help you see new perspectives.

Like any partnership, it’s important to make sure there’s a good fit between the coach and coachee. To help us evaluate if we want to work with each other, I offer a free consultation to start. During this session we’ll talk about your goals, discuss my approach, and I’ll provide some coaching so you can conceptualize how it works.

Transformation doesn’t need to take years, but it also doesn’t happen overnight. I do this work because I want to help you to make meaningful, tangible progress against your goals, so I offer packages of 6 or 12 sessions.
After our original consultation, our work will begin with a 90-minute discovery session where we will build the foundation for our coaching through clarification and exploration of your values, challenges, and goals. Throughout the duration of our work together, we will meet over Zoom or phone 2x/month for 50-minute sessions, and I’ll provide you with email and/or text support between our calls.
We follow strict Vegas rules where everything we discuss is 100% confidential.
