/ my story
I’ve spent the past decade building my life & career in New York City, where I have the privilege of leading a global team at LinkedIn who are responsible for creating dynamic learning experiences for our sales teams. I built my team from the ground up, and take daily pride in the power of behavior change and results we deliver for our customers.
About a year ago, I realized something. Despite having immense career success, and what I would consider to be my corporate dream job, I wasn’t able to shake the feeling that there was something missing. So I hired a coach. I worked to identify my values. I focused on my mindset. And I came to a realization: I was most fulfilled when helping women identify their purposes and building the confidence and skills to achieve them. You see, as a successful female leader with a rapid ascension up the corporate ladder, I was constantly approached by other women asking for advice on how they could achieve a similar trajectory. And while offering tips from my own experience was great, it was coaching that uncovered what they truly wanted and mapping out a path to get there that was most fulfilling. So I became trained as a coach and I started working with clients in my spare time. Seeing the tangible results from this work was so deeply rewarding that I decided to turn my passion project into a business and Kira Adrienne Coaching + Consulting was born.
Today, I blend my expertise in business development with my coaching training and work with ambitious, high-achieving women to help them create the careers and lives they deserve. I work with women who range from entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses to executives looking to build high-performing teams, and those in between. Women who want clarity, certainty, and confidence so they can feel in control of their work, lives, and relationships. I help them embrace their inflection points, push them to set bold goals, quiet their inner critics, and show up as the authentic, influential leaders they are.
Through our work together, you can expect to be met with ample compassion and support. I also ask for your permission to push you beyond your comfort zone — because that is where change happens.
I have completed my coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest coach training and certification organization in the world, and am currently working towards my Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
